Physical and Chemical PropertiesChemical properties The high-purity original drug is a light yellow liquid, easily soluble in water, afraid of heat and light. The toxicity decreased after 24 hours at 5 ℃, and could be destroyed under the conditions of 100 ℃, 2min,80 ℃, 20min,60 ℃ and 30min. It is relatively stable at pH value of 3.5~6.8, deactivation is faster at pH value of 10~11, and can be stored for more than 1 year at low temperature below -15 ℃.
UseThe use of the rat killing mechanism is a kind of protein in the drug. The poison bait is formulated to remove the toxin bottle from the incubator and slowly dissolve it in ice water at 0 ℃. Pour a proper amount of water into the bait mixing container (it is better to use too alkaline water, slightly acidic water), the water temperature is 0~10 ℃, and the water quantity is better to absorb the bait to be mixed and mix well. If 50kg of oat toxin bait is prepared, 10L of clear water can be added, and then the toxin can be poured into the toxin bottle and shaken to fully dissolve it. If it is prepared as a 0.1% poison bait, add 100 × 104 poison price/mL C type botulinum dericide aqua 50mL into the water, after dissolution, pour 50kg of oat bait into the toxin diluent and fully stir, so that each poison bait is stained with toxin. The prepared bait should be used up in days and re-mixed for more than 2 days.
